Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FreightHunter (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and FreightHunter AI Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us”).

2. Description of Service

FreightHunter is an AI-powered lead generation platform designed for freight brokers. The Service provides shipper discovery, business contact data, lead scoring, outreach tools, and market intelligence. Data is sourced from publicly available records and third-party APIs. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any lead data provided.

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Each individual or business entity may maintain only one account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information as necessary.

4. Subscription and Payments

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except within the first 7 days of your initial subscription purchase. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access will continue until the end of your current billing period. We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' prior written notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

5. Free Trial

New users receive 3 free searches with no credit card required. The free trial is intended for evaluation purposes only. Continued access to the full platform requires a paid subscription. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free trial at any time.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for legitimate freight brokerage and business development purposes. You shall not: (a) resell, redistribute, or sublicense lead data obtained through the Service; (b) scrape, crawl, or reverse engineer any part of the platform; (c) use lead data for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose; (d) attempt to bypass usage limits or access controls; (e) impersonate another person or entity; or (f) use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair the platform.

7. Data and Privacy

We collect usage data to improve the Service. Lead data is sourced from public records, government databases, and publicly available APIs. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. For full details on data collection and handling, please review our Privacy Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to software, algorithms, designs, and content, are owned by FreightHunter AI Inc. You retain ownership of your own business data and content that you input into the Service. You grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

9. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY BUSINESS DECISIONS MADE BASED ON DATA PROVIDED THROUGH THE SERVICE. IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM. WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms, with or without notice. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
